SOLD OUT: On the Hills and Off the Grill With The Kitchen Collective

Foraging and picking in Joe Batt’s Arm, beyond Lion’s Den, and Seldom-Come-By

Join the Inn’s award-winning Kitchen Collective to forage by the ocean and pick berries on the rugged, hilly interior of Fogo Island. Guests will learn from local naturalist Mona Brown about the many edible plants that grow wild along the shoreline, and how they are used in dishes and for medicinal purposes. In the afternoon, a boil-up is on the menu and here is where guests will taste their foraged plants and berries in cocktails and on the supper plate, capping off the evening by gathering by the Inn’s bonfire pit for a fireside chat.
