James Beard Award winner and internationally acclaimed Canadian-born Chef Hugh Acheson comes to Fogo Island via Athens, Georgia for a weekend of food, foraging, and music.

It is a Canadian Thanksgiving feast celebrating Fogo Island’s foodways and bounty. Fresh cod, the humble fish that changed the world, time-honoured preservation methods, and the relationship between our sustenance and our communities, hold centre stage over the course of this two-night getaway.
