Chinched Bistro specializes in hand crafted Contemporary Bistro Cuisine. Our dishes are created with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and regional flavours. Using traditional methods as inspiration, Chef/Owners Shaun Hussey and Michelle LeBlanc create a unique menu and “gourmet casual” dining experience. Small groups up to 26 can enjoy the restaurant themselves.

Cabot Tower (on Signal Hill) was built to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee and the 400th anniversary of John Cabot's "Voyage of Discovery".
