Last week I had the absolute pleasure of sampling the new menu at Tavola - a new restaurant at 178 Water Street, St. John’s. Serving up postmodern Mediterranean fare, it was easily one of the best tastings I've had in the city. I sat down with owner Bob Hallett and Chef Peter Anthony to find out more about this little slice of Europe in the heart of downtown St. John's.
