1 Blue on Water - image

Blue on Water

You can expect a fine dining experience on the restaurant side or choose a more relaxed meal on the bar side where, bonus, there’s often a sporting event up on the TV. Order the seared striploin if you’re craving something hearty or the seafood medley for lighter fare. Did you know you can also stay at Blue? Check out the boutique hotel located just upstairs from the restaurant.

Bernard Stanley Gastropub

With a fun and friendly vibe, this gastropub is the perfect place to fuel up after a long day on the links. Seating is limited, but the menu is quite large. If you ware looking for a boozy infused plate, we recommend trying the grilled tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce or the seared salmon. They also have a wicked brunch menu!

The Merchant Tavern

Stepping into Merchant, people always look up in wonder. This airy, yet industrial, space is as unique and appealing as the menu the chefs create. The double smash burger and shake is a local favourite, as is their freshly made pasta. Plus, the wrap-around bar is perfect for people watching.

Lay down your head

Maybe sleeping isn’t at the top of your list when it comes to a golf weekend, but no one is crankier than someone faced with a 6:30AM tee time after a poor night’s rest.
