Appetizer:
Caribbean fish soup – medley of seafood in a light curry and coconut broth with tomato and vegetables
Or
Beef Patties – spice tender beef inside a flaky pastry served with mango salsa
Main:
Jerk chicken – marinated and grilled grilled chicken served with rice and peas and fried plantains
Or
Ropa vieja – tender braised and shredded beef brisket in a rich tomato broth with rice, beans and fried plantains
Dessert:
Spiced rum and raisin banana bread pudding topped with caramel rum sauce
