Skilled Futures is a new program offered province wide by SCNL with support from the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development which encourages students to participate hands-on in a wide variety of career areas. Skilled Futures features a series of interactive workshops that aim to educate, immerse, and inspire students of all skill sets about career opportunities.

SCNL is a not-for-profit organization that strives to re-position careers in skilled trades and technologies as first-choice options for young Canadians. SCNL receives support from Employment and Social Development Canada, the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, the Provincial Government, Vale, and RBC.
