Let’s Talk Science at Memorial University presents… The Amazing Science Race!

It is like the TV show, but with science! Families are invited to navigate their way around MUN campus, completing mini-science challenges, solving riddles and successfully answering questions to lead them from one location to the next and there are prizes at the end! Beware of possible speed bumps and detours!

Registration is free. Recommended for children ages 8-14. Please book tickets here for each of your team members. Teams can register with a maximum of 6 members and ALL TEAMS MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 ADULT.

Please feel free to dress up, but keep in mind you will be moving all around campus and participating in events both inside and outside! Maps will be provided to help you navigate.
*Teams will need to check-in with a Let’s Talk Science volunteer in the Blue Whale Atrium of the Core Science Building any time between 12-2pm.

The race is estimated to take 1-1.5 hours to complete. If you do not arrive by 2pm, you may not be able to finish the race. Stations will close at 3:30pm.Prize draws for both completing the race and having the ‘punniest team name’ will be awarded at the end of the race!
