Collection and Use
Destination St. John’s does not collect information through its website that personally identifies individuals except when individuals provide such specific information on a voluntary basis. Destination St. John’s may collect, store, use and disclose personally identifiable information (i.e. information that, when associated with an individual identifies that individual, for example, a customer’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit card number) for a variety of purposes and services, including the following:

Usage Data, Cookies and other Tools: When you access the Internet, the computers that host web sites you visit (“web servers”) automatically receive some anonymous information. Security: Destination St. John’s has implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use, and we will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. However, you are completely and solely responsible for your own password(s) and protection thereof.
Destination St. John’s will not read or disclose to third parties private e-mail communications that are transmitted using Destination St. John’s services except as required to operate the service or as otherwise authorized by law or by the sending party.
Retention and Destruction: Destination St. John’s will destroy, erase or render anonymous information that is no longer required for our identified purposes or legal requirements.
Destination St. John’s may also use visitor personal information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for that service.
