Let’s gather for our annual Summer Solstice DJ Yoga Flow on Topsail Beach! Come move your body, breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the surrounding nature while you practice. We’ll have sparklers and a big fire to hang out around after class.

This is a welcoming, upbeat, all levels class led by Laura-Beth Power (LB YOGA). LB’s classes are uplifting, accessible and find the right balance between effort and ease. Move at your own pace and connect with a like-minded community. All levels are welcome.
MUSIC
Krystle Hayden will be DJing the soundscape for our magical evening. Ranging from soulful deep house, to cathartic techno her sets are therapeutic and engaging. Krystle has been DJing in the city for 18+ years, curating gigs that speak to her everyday passions such as: yoga flows, fashion shows, gallery openings and club nights.
WHAT TO BRING
*Bring your own mat, water, tea, etc.
**DRESS IN LAYERS! Cannot stress this enough! It gets cold the second the sun goes down so be prepared with hats, mitts, socks and blankets.
