St. John’s Improv celebrates the one-year anniversary of its flagship comedy show, The Jam Jams Jam, at The Hub (21 Merrymeeting Road) on Saturday, April 29 at 8 p.m.
The Jam Jams Jam is a show where a rotating cast of the city’s top improvisers make up scenes on the spot, inspired by music.
Anyone looking for a laugh and a fun night out is invited to this month’s birthday-themed show, featuring duo scenes performed by St. John’s Improv comedians. Following these sets, audience members have the opportunity to put their names in a bucket for the chance to play on stage with one of the experienced improvisers in a safe and supportive environment.
Doors open at 7 p.m. A bar and restaurant are on site for food and drinks before or after the performance. The event is 19+.
Tickets are $20 at the door or $17 in advance (by e-Transfering the money to [email protected]). Student tickets are $15 at the door (by showing a student card).
